| I spend a lot of my time selling residential real estate, both for sellers and buyers. The resale market for homes in this area is, as you know one of the strongest and safest investments in the country. But I have found I have a knack for land development, with all its constantly changing parameters and rules. Finding just the right piece of land is sometimes the smartest way to go, and I love the challenge of that part of our business. |
